Membership
Memberships grant a personal, non-transferable licence to access the content and channels included with your plan. Sharing alerts, credentials or channel access with non-members may result in immediate termination without refund.
Billing and renewal
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices may change with prior notice applied at your next renewal.
Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel at any time from your member dashboard. Cancellation stops future billing and access continues until the end of the current period. Because access is delivered immediately, fees already paid are generally non-refundable.
Acceptable use
Members agree not to harass other members, promote unrelated services, redistribute content, or misrepresent themselves as affiliated with The Options Lab.
No advisory relationship
The Options Lab is not a registered investment adviser or broker-dealer. Nothing provided constitutes personalised investment advice, and no advisory or fiduciary relationship is created by your membership.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Options Lab is not liable for trading losses or any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
